Audi has unveiled the third generation of the Audi Q7, its premium large SUV first launched in 2005. More spacious, more advanced and still designed for long journeys, this new model retains everything that has made the Q7 successful: outstanding versatility, standard quattro all-wheel drive and a high level of onboard comfort. Available in five-, six- or seven-seat configurations, it is aimed at both families and drivers looking for a prestigious, comfortable and capable SUV for everyday use.<\/span><\/p>\n

An electrified V6 diesel combining power and efficiency<\/span><\/h2>\n

At launch, the new Audi Q7 is available with a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine producing 299 hp and 630 Nm of torque. This powertrain is paired with MHEV plus technology, which can temporarily provide up to 24 additional horsepower through a drivetrain generator. An electric compressor further enhances throttle response, particularly during starts and acceleration.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system comes as standard with an eight-speed tiptronic transmission and permanent quattro all-wheel drive, now equipped with a preloaded self-locking centre differential. This configuration is designed to deliver enhanced traction, greater driving precision and more dynamic handling, while preserving the comfort expected from a premium large SUV. The range will be expanded in the first quarter of 2027 with two plug-in hybrid powertrains producing 395 hp and 490 hp respectively, including a V8-powered version.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bold styling and an interior designed for comfort<\/span><\/h2>\n

The new Audi Q7 adopts a powerful silhouette characterised by a more imposing front end, an expressive Singleframe grille and wider wheel arches. Its generous dimensions \u2014 more than five metres long and nearly three metres in wheelbase \u2014 contribute both to its commanding presence and its spacious interior.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inside, Audi places the emphasis on space, flexibility and perceived quality. The Q7 can accommodate up to seven passengers, with a new six-seat configuration featuring two individual seats in the second row. Luggage capacity reaches up to 2,075 litres depending on the seating configuration. The panoramic roof with switchable transparency, available on selected trims, enhances the sense of space and provides a customisable lighting atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technology also plays a central role, with the Audi MMI panoramic OLED display, a standard passenger screen, the Audi voice assistant integrating ChatGPT when required, and the optional Bang & Olufsen 4D sound system. Digital Matrix LED headlights, digital OLED rear lights and new advanced turn indicators projected onto the ground demonstrate the attention paid to visibility and safety.<\/span><\/p>\n
