Lamborghini Temerario and Temerario GT3: one vision, two expressions of performance

With the Temerario, Lamborghini opens a new chapter in its history by combining hybridisation and extreme performance. Available in both road-going and GT3 racing versions, this new supercar illustrates the brand’s ability to transpose its stylistic and technological DNA from everyday driving to the world of motorsport. Designed simultaneously from the outset, these two interpretations share the same philosophy: transforming performance into an emotional experience, both on the road and on the track.

A cutting-edge hybrid architecture for the road, radical optimisation for the track

The Lamborghini Temerario adopts a plug-in hybrid powertrain combining a new-generation twin-turbo V8 with three electric motors, delivering a combined output of 920 hp. This architecture enables exceptionally high performance, with a top speed exceeding 340 km/h, while maintaining usability suited to everyday driving. The eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox contributes to smooth and responsive power delivery, reinforcing the model’s dynamic character.

The Temerario GT3, developed for competition, retains the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 but abandons all hybridisation in accordance with FIA GT3 regulations. This configuration is designed to guarantee optimal race balance while taking into account Balance of Performance constraints. The entire package is optimised for endurance racing, with precise power management and reliability adapted to the demands of international competition.

A shared design adapted to radically different uses

From the very first sketches, the Temerario was conceived to evolve into a racing version. Athletic proportions, sharp lines and sculpted surfaces form a common foundation for both models. On the GT3 version, these elements are reinterpreted to meet the aerodynamic and technical requirements of motorsport, featuring lightweight composite bodywork, modular components and solutions designed to facilitate rapid interventions during races.

The interior also illustrates this duality. The production Temerario offers an environment combining ergonomics, onboard technologies and comfort, suited to versatile everyday use. By contrast, the GT3 version adopts a radical approach, with a stripped-back cockpit, FIA-compliant equipment and controls optimised for performance in racing conditions.

Despite these differences, both models share a strong identity. Design, performance and emotion remain at the heart of their conception, reflecting a clear continuity between road and track, faithful to Lamborghini DNA.
