Audi Q8: a sporty, comfortable and technological coupe SUV
Although arriving a little after its competitors of the same generation (Mercedes GLE Coupé and BMW X6 among others), the Audi Q8 definitely has great appeal. Presented with great fanfare by the brand with the rings, the Q8 is a large and versatile sports coupé that reflects the manufacturer's desire to put a robust, manoeuvrable, technological and liveable SUV on the road. And the first thing to understand about the Audi Q8 is that it is neither an A8 nor a Q7! Instead, it is a condensed version of the performances and the innovations of both.
AUDI Q8 in gasoline, diesel or hybrid for all tastes
The style of the Audi Q8 leaves no one indifferent: a large, sporty SUV catches the eye. In the RSQ8 version, the design is considerably more aggressive than that of the base model: a characteristic grille with darkened elements, bumpers with large air intakes, a black diffuser, two exhaust outlets, Matrix LED RS headlamps and 22-inch (23 optional) 10-spoke wheels.
impressive and imposing, the audi q8 is fascinating

Audi RSQ8: the most powerful suv in the range
Audi wanted to make the RSQ8 an SUV of exceptional quality and therefore took advantage of the synergies of the Volkswagen Group to borrow elements of the Lamborghini Urus, such as suspension, transmission and steering, albeit with specific settings.
The Quattro all-wheel drive with a 40:60 ratio between the two axles and the 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission are responsible for propelling the 600 hp and 800 Nm of maximum torque developed by the V8 biturbo 4.0 engine. This powerful configuration allows acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, reaching 200 km/h in 13.7 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h, although the optional Dynamic package allows a top speed of 305 km/h. In fact, the Audi RS Q8 Supersport set the world's fastest Sport Utility Vehicle record at the Nürburgring racetrack in Germany.
THE INTERIOR, TOO, IS VERY NEAT AND TIDY
The cabin adds to the space and technology already present in the Q8 (Audi Virtual Cockpit, Head-Up Display, two screens in the center console, etc.) sporty elements such as leather bucket seats and a flattened steering wheel in its lower part, upholstered in Alcantara leather.
In addition to these impressive features, a 48-volt mild hybridization technology is used to reduce both the vehicle's fuel consumption and emissions. This electrification assists acceleration and recovers energy during braking. At speeds between 55 and 160 km/h, if the driver lifts their foot from the gas pedal, they can turn off the engine to coast. In addition, the cylinder deactivation system, in the event of low power demand, also reduces fuel consumption by up to 0.8 l/100 km.
Add to this an adaptive air suspension that varies the height of the SUV by up to 90 mm, an electro-mechanical active stabilization system, 8 different driving modes, 4-wheel steering and a 420 mm front and 370 mm rear disc brake system (optional 440 mm and 370 mm carboceramic brakes) to ensure optimum dynamic performance.
