New Audi A6 allroad: the benchmark premium all-round estate redefines itself
Audi has opened order books for the fifth generation of the Audi A6 allroad, an iconic model that has occupied a unique position in the premium grand touring segment for more than twenty years. Positioned halfway between a family estate, a luxury saloon and an adventure vehicle, this new generation further enhances its versatility through distinctive styling, advanced technologies and electrified powertrains. For the first time in its history, the Audi A6 allroad is available with a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The e-hybrid quattro version combines a 2.0 TFSI petrol engine with an electric motor to deliver a combined output of 367 hp and 500 Nm of torque. Thanks to its 25.9 kWh gross-capacity battery, it can travel between 88 and 93 kilometres in fully electric mode according to the WLTP cycle, allowing most daily journeys to be completed without using a drop of fuel.
Drivers who regularly cover long distances can also opt for the 299 hp V6 TDI quattro. Combined with 48-volt MHEV plus mild-hybrid technology, this six-cylinder engine delivers up to 580 Nm of torque and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.4 seconds. Regardless of the powertrain selected, quattro ultra all-wheel drive and the seven-speed S tronic transmission come as standard, ensuring traction, comfort and efficiency in all conditions.
Distinctive styling and premium equipment
Remaining true to the allroad spirit, this new generation features a dedicated design that immediately sets it apart from other models in the A6 range. Its bodywork, widened by 11 millimetres, contrasting body protection elements, exclusive styling details and 20-inch wheels reinforce its rugged character while preserving the elegance associated with Audi models.
Standard equipment focuses on comfort and technology. Adaptive air suspension and all-wheel steering provide an excellent balance between driving dynamics and comfort, whether on motorways or more challenging roads. Inside, occupants benefit from a particularly refined environment featuring Audi virtual cockpit plus, Audi connect navigation, four-zone automatic climate control, Matrix LED headlights and surround-view cameras.
