Porsche Macan Electric: five versions, five expressions of electric sportiness

With the 100% electric Macan, Porsche brings the DNA of its compact SUV to a particularly extensive range. From the rear-wheel-drive Macan, which prioritises range and efficiency, to the 639 hp Macan Turbo, five versions now offer different levels of power and sportiness: Macan, Macan 4, Macan 4S, Macan GTS and Macan Turbo.

All are based on the PPE (Premium Platform Electric), an 800-volt architecture and a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery. DC charging power can reach 270 kW, allowing the battery to be charged from 10 to 80% in around 21 minutes under optimal conditions.

Macan

The Macan is the entry point to the range and differs from the other four versions with its rear-wheel-drive configuration. It develops up to 360 hp (265 kW) and 563 Nm of torque with Launch Control. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 220 km/h.

This configuration also benefits efficiency: with a range of up to 641 km according to the WLTP cycle, it offers the longest range of any electric Macan in the line-up.

Macan 4

With the Macan 4, Porsche’s electric SUV gains all-wheel drive. Its two motors develop up to 408 hp (300 kW) and 650 Nm with Launch Control. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 220 km/h.

With up to 611 km of WLTP range, the Macan 4 combines all-wheel drive, performance and range to offer excellent everyday versatility.

Macan 4S

The Macan 4S takes performance to the next level. Its all-wheel-drive powertrain develops up to 516 hp (380 kW) and 820 Nm of torque with Launch Control, enabling it to reach 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 240 km/h.

Despite this additional power, its range can reach 612 km according to the WLTP cycle, allowing it to retain genuine long-distance capabilities.

Macan GTS

The Macan GTS occupies a special place in the range. True to Porsche’s Gran Turismo Sport philosophy, it focuses on an even more dynamic driving experience, thanks in particular to specific chassis settings and a sportier appearance.

Its powertrain delivers up to 571 hp (420 kW) with Launch Control. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h. Its range can reach 586 km according to the WLTP cycle.

Macan Turbo

At the top of the range, the Macan Turbo delivers the highest level of performance. Its two electric motors develop up to 639 hp (470 kW) and 1,130 Nm of torque with Launch Control.

It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and can reach 260 km/h. Sports car performance is combined with the versatility of an SUV and a range of up to 590 km according to the WLTP cycle.

With outputs ranging from 360 to 639 hp and ranges exceeding 600 km on several versions, the Macan Electric range allows customers to choose between efficiency, versatility and performance without changing its underlying philosophy: an electric SUV designed first and foremost as a Porsche.
